So for now we're just hanging out in Montana, waiting for the sun to come out and having a great time with family members. We've been going back and forth from house to house and the kids have been having a blast with their cousins. We've gotten some pictures but not too many. I'll be sure to get some great ones before we leave. Grandma and Grandpa Wilson got here yesterday and will be here all day tomorrow too. Mandy gets here on Thursday and we can't wait. I'm so glad we're getting to see everyone before we head overseas for two years. I'm sure it will be a fun time and that it will go by fast. Ok, this is kinda funny:
Glenn is making fun of me as I'm typing up this post, here's what he's saying:
My name is Shenny. I love General Tso's chicken. If you love it too, we make good couple, like two crab rangoons in wax paper bag. It may only be funny to me but hey, I figured I'd give that a shot.
Alexander had a great birthday today. Grandma and Grandpa got a cake for him and he got some presents that can fit in his suitcase!! :)
It's after 10:00 here and there's still light in the sky. My eyes are tired but it doesn't feel like nightime yet. I think it is...according to Alexander it is. If Alexander thinks it's bedtime, it probably is, he's 6 now you know and much much smarter. :) Goodnight everyone and I hope everyone had a great day.

Some Pictures from NY
Christopher was loving the hose and Nani was enjoying it just as much. It was so hot that day and they loved being able to cool themselves down with some cold water.
Madison thought she was hiding from the hose water but forgot that she was holding a bucket full of that cold water. She ended up dumping the whole bucket on herself.
Ok, I admit I had a part in this. Alexander looked a little warm and we thought he needed a cool down. Don't worry, he got her back...
See!! I told you!!! Christopher thought it was hilarious until he realized that she got sprayed in the eyes and then looked all worried in some of the pictures. That sequence of pictures was hilarious!
Here we are at the Watkins Glen Gorge. Yes, there is a waterfall to the left of us (right side of the picture) but you can't see it.
The kids were loving all of these tunnels. Ok, I admit I was too. They made for some great photo opportunities!
Here they are towards the end of the gorge. We were trying to walk faster to make sure we got to the top on time to catch the last bus but do you think we did? No, we were 20 minutes late.
Here's everyone with their silly faces. I told you there was a waterfall, there are some trickles from it.
Ok, that's what I have uploaded on the laptop for right now but I'll try to get more later. Have a great day everyone!!
Having a Great Trip
Ok, so we are in Minnesota right now visiting the Johnson family. Along the way we stopped by Gary and Kelly Godish's house and hung out for a night to pick up Glenn and Madison. We had a nice time there and left at around 11:00 Saturday morning. We arrived in MN at around 9:00 NY time and Heather came to meet us at Chili's while we were eating. We met up again this morning and guess what...Yep, picture time. :) Not only did she get some great pictures, we came to the realization that I want a Nikon and the Nikon lenses as well. As of right now, I'm pretty darn unhappy when I compare my pictures to hers. We'll have to see what we can do about that. That's one of Heather's pictures of the kids. She got a lot of great ones!! Just wait until you see the rest!!
I'm going to start another post with the pictures from NY. I have some really good ones from the gorge and wanted to get them on here. I'll let everyone know what's going on in a few days. I hope everyone is having a great day! I hope to post some more great pictures soon!

Madison and Glenn Are On Their Way
Madison and Glenn left today on their way to Indianapolis to visit the Godish family. They should get there around 5:00-6:00 ish. They will be there until sometime Friday afternoon when they take off to meet the boys and I in Chicago. After that, we'll be headed to St. Paul, MN to visit the Johnson family for a few days.
Today I'll be learning how to finish the hobo bags that Aunt Holly was showing me how to make last week. After that, I have to head to Rock Stream to get my car inspection for NY registration and get the front alignment fixed on my car. :( I can only imagine how much that costs. My car should be good for another 10 years if not more. I hope gas goes back down to $2 a gallon too. :) Hey, I can hope can't I?
So tomorrow I don't think I have much of anything going on except for hanging out here getting things ready for Friday and spending the last day with Nana and Papa. Nani will be staying here for a few months because unfortunately all the rushing around to get everything done for her in Rhode Island did not do much good because of that stupid rabies antibody test. Yes, she passed, but not until they ran the test on the 27th of May, 17 days after I overnighted the dang blood sample. Needless to say we owe Nana and Papa one of the biggest thank you's ever for keeping her old self until the end of August.
I will put pictures on here when there's high speed internet. I want to put so many on here but it would take all day. In the meantime, Nana posted some pictures of the kids driving the tractor with Papa and I think some of the water pictures too. I'll post them later if not. I will also add pictures of the walk we took at the gorge.
That's pretty much it for right now. If you are on Facebook I have posted a few pictures on there of our visit. Have a great day! :)

Down to the last few days
I have a feeling that the next few days will go by very quickly. We have so much to do and only a little time to do it. We need to get my car registered before we leave but need proof of purchase first. That will need to be faxed from TN. My windshield is getting replaced Tuesday because I can't pass the inspection with the crack in it. Good thing insurance is changed. I'm pretty sure that I need to get an inspection for that, we'll fit that in somewhere. Aunt Holly is coming over on Wednesday to show me how to finish the hobo bags that she taught me how to make. I have one for Mandy almost finished and I must say the colors are so awesome I'd love to keep it for myself. My little sister's bag is next! :) Madison made herself a snap bag and did a great job on it too. She learns very quickly.
We walked up the Watkins Glen Gorge Saturday evening and the kids loved it. It was beautiful! Tiring in some spots but absolutely beautiful. I got quite a few pictures that I might try to put on here before we leave for Chicago but we'll see. Glenn and Madison will be heading out Wednesday for Indiana and the boys and I will hang out here until Friday morning. We'll drive to Chicago and meet Glenn and Madison there for the night and then it's off to MN to see the Johnson family. Alexander talked so much in the car today that Nana said he's going to get along great with Baby Holly. :)
Glenn is busy making hotel arrangements for when we arrive in Guam and I'll be busy tomorrow night making Nani's hotel reservations. I hope her quarantine facility is as nice as the Sheraton. At least we can visit her daily to let her know that we didn't just ship her off to some island in the middle of nowhere and forget about her.
Today we headed out to get flowers, friendly's and screws for Nani's cage so she can fly. Oh, I can't forget about the movie that had to be gotten by someone...NEVER SAY NEVER. Hmmmmm, wonder who watched that tonight.
We went to the movie right when we got home and saw Kung Fu Panda 2. The kids and I thought it was pretty good but Daddy was falling asleep, really. I'll tell you, $17.50 is the cheapest movie I have ever been to with the kids. It cost more than that for Madison and I to go see the Beibster movie in 3D in Newport!
The kids played outside for a little while when we got home and then we decided it was time to come in and settle down for the night...not before Papa busted out the ice cream though. We settled down after that, so did the dogs. Man, Nani's going to hate us for sending her to the kennel after staying in Hotel De La Wead with treats served up daily. What can you do though...that's life.
Alright, I'm off to bed. Like I said, I'm not sure about the pictures but I might try. I don't like not having my Photoshop but hey, they're pictures right? Everyone have a great day.
